Terms of service
Version 2026-10-05 · updated 5 October 2026. With the data processing agreement and the privacy policy.
These terms are the agreement between B2B Factory AB (org.nr 559515-4476, Västertorp 12, 179 97 Färentuna, Sweden; "nForce", "we") and the company that accepts them ("you"). The person who accepts them confirms they may bind that company. nForce is for businesses only. Using nForce, including the free audit and the demo account, means accepting these terms. Building or managing campaigns in your own account also needs them accepted on our terms page, with your name and company.
The data processing agreement at /dpa and any order form we sign with you are part of this agreement. If they conflict, an order form comes first, then the data processing agreement for personal data, then these terms.
1. The service
nForce audits LinkedIn ad accounts, plans campaigns, writes ads, builds campaigns and manages them, through a connector used in Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant. A full-service arrangement, where our team runs the account with you, is agreed in an order form.
The free audit and any free build are offered as described on our site. We may change or end those offers at any time; anything already built stays yours.
2. How changes are made in your account
- nForce changes your LinkedIn ad account only after your explicit yes in the conversation, for that specific plan or change. Your AI assistant passes your yes to nForce with your words; an approval passed this way and recorded in nForce's log counts as your approval.
- New campaigns are always created paused (a campaign group is created ready, but has no spend of its own). Switching a campaign on is your decision; nForce does it only when you ask.
- nForce does not delete anything in your ad account. What is no longer needed is paused.
- Every plan and change is checked against our written standard (/standard). We may decline a change that breaks it, or any build we can't do safely.
3. Your responsibilities
- You have the right to give nForce access to the ad account and the LinkedIn Page you connect, and you keep that access in good standing.
- Your ads, offers, claims, landing pages and lead handling are yours, and must follow LinkedIn's terms and advertising policies and the law. You review every ad and plan before you approve it.
- You pay LinkedIn for the media directly, under your own agreement with LinkedIn.
- You use nForce through your own Claude account, under Anthropic's terms. Your conversations stay in your Claude account.
4. AI-written work and results
Ads and plans are drafted by AI agents and checked against our standard before you see them. Predictions and benchmarks are estimates. We do not guarantee leads, costs, reach or any other result.
5. Fees and payment
- Our current prices are on our pricing page (/pricing), unless an order form says otherwise. Today they are a monthly plan per ad account that includes a credit for actions, listed prices for actions beyond that credit, and a percentage of the ad spend on live campaigns that nForce built, or that you asked nForce to manage, measured from LinkedIn's own reporting.
- The plan is billed monthly in advance, by card through Stripe or by invoice under an order form. The spend percentage and any actions beyond the monthly credit are invoiced separately each month, in arrears. Unused credit does not carry over to the next month.
- Prices exclude VAT, which is added where it applies. Invoices are due within 30 days. Late payments carry interest, and reminder and collection fees, as Swedish law allows (the Interest Act, räntelagen). If a payment is more than 14 days late after a reminder, we may pause the service until it is paid.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new prices apply from the next billing month.
6. Term and ending
- The plan runs month to month. You can cancel at any time by email to support@b2bfactory.io; it ends at the end of the month already paid, without refunds for part months.
- We can end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or at once if you materially breach it, if a payment stays unpaid after notice, or if LinkedIn or Anthropic withdraw the access nForce needs.
- When it ends, we stop working on your account and stop using our access to it. You can remove nForce in LinkedIn at any time (Settings, Data privacy, Permitted services), and we delete your LinkedIn connection when you ask. Your campaigns stay in your account. Your data is deleted as the privacy policy and the data processing agreement describe.
7. Ownership
- Your data, your ad account, your campaigns, and the ads and plans we make for you are yours.
- nForce's software, our written standard, our methods, prompts and templates, and what we learn about doing the work in general, stay ours.
- You let us use your materials (your site, brand, offers, account data) only to provide the service to you.
- We may include your account's results in anonymous benchmarks shown to our customers in their reports, combined with at least five other accounts and never identifying you, as our privacy policy describes. You can opt out by email.
8. Confidentiality
Each of us keeps the other's non-public information confidential, uses it only for this agreement, and shares it only with people who need it for that purpose and are bound to the same confidentiality. This continues for three years after the agreement ends.
9. Data protection
Our privacy policy (/privacy) describes the personal data we handle and why. For personal data in your ad account and in what you give us, we act on your behalf as your processor under the data processing agreement (/dpa).
10. Services we rely on
nForce works through LinkedIn, Anthropic (Claude), Stripe, Netlify and Google, under their own terms. Their changes, outages, ad rejections and decisions are outside our control. We adapt the service to them as reasonably as we can.
11. Warranty and liability
- We provide the service with reasonable skill and care, following our written standard. Otherwise it is provided as it is.
- Our total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. That limit includes any ad spend we are liable for under point 3.
- We are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit, lost revenue or lost data, or for ad spend, except ad spend caused by a change nForce made without your approval.
- You are responsible for the ads, offers and content you approve, and you hold us harmless against claims that arise from them, including breaches of LinkedIn's policies they cause.
- A claim must be made in writing within 12 months of when you became aware of it.
- These limits do not apply to loss caused by gross negligence or intent, or where the law does not allow them.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Each version is posted here with its date. A material change is announced by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, unless the law or LinkedIn requires it sooner, You are then asked to accept the new version; until you do, nForce makes no new builds or changes in your account. If you don't accept it, you can end the agreement, and you pay nothing for the time after the change took effect.
13. General
- Neither of us is liable for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control.
- We may transfer this agreement to a company that takes over the service. You may transfer it only with our written agreement.
- Notices are given by email: to legal@b2bfactory.io for us, and to the address on your nForce account for you.
- This agreement is the whole agreement on its subject. If one part is invalid, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right is not giving it up.
- Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by the Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the first instance.
- These terms are written in English, and the English text governs.
